The owner of a vessel can have a Pre-Sale survey undertaken, before or during the vessel is advertised for sale. This service allows the owner of the vessel to be in control of any issues that may be found during the survey.  This survey is as detailed as a Pre-Purchase survey.

These potential issues can be resolved, and revisits can be arranged to update the report accordingly. Any nasty surprises that may be uncovered during a purchasers Pre-Purchase survey should be mitigated.

The survey can then be shown to potential buyers, re-assuring them in the vessel that they are purchasing. Potential buyers can also discuss details of the report with us. For a small fee, the report can be transferred into the purchasers name, for insurance purposes, once the sale is complete.
